2005 Vermont Code - § 1155. — Tuberculosis testing

§ 1155. Tuberculosis testing

All cattle, red deer, fallow deer and reindeer within the state shall be tested for tuberculosis on a periodic basis. The secretary shall annually designate a list of towns within which all test eligible cattle are to be tested. (Added 1987, No. 276 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1991, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 13, eff.
