2005 Vermont Code - § 891. — License

§ 891. License

Excepting frozen food locker plants any person, as defined in sections 1-201 and 7-102 of Title 9A, who stores milk, cream, butter, cheese, eggs, dressed meat, poultry and fruit for hire in quantities of 1,000 pounds or more of each commodity shall first be licensed by the secretary of agriculture, food and markets. Each separate place of business shall be licensed. (Amended 2003, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
