2005 Vermont Code - § 764a. — Claims

§ 764a. Claims

Any claims on the licensee under section 764 of this title shall be filed by the claimant with the secretary of agriculture, food and markets within 120 days of date of sale. (Amended 2003, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
