§ 4. Meetings outside state
The secretary may attend conventions, meetings or institutes relating to agriculture, held in other states or countries. With the approval of the governor, he or she may use a portion of the moneys apportioned for agriculture, to represent the state by exhibit or otherwise outside of the state.
