§ 3733. Malicious damage; double damages
A person who wilfully does or causes to be done an act whereby a building, fence, construction, work, engine, machine, structure, or any matter or thing appertaining to a railroad is stopped, obstructed, injured or destroyed, shall forfeit to the person or corporation owning or operating the same, double the amount of damages sustained, to be recovered in an action on this statute.
