2005 Vermont Code - § 3673. — Cutting of trees

§ 3673. Cutting of trees

A person or corporation operating a railroad in this state shall cause all trees, shrubs and bushes to be destroyed at reasonable times within the surveyed boundaries of their lands, for a distance of 80 rods in each direction from all public grade crossings. (Amended 1969, No. 97, § 4.)
