§ 3586. Obstructing crossings; penalty

A person, corporation or the agents or employees thereof, owning or operating a railroad, who wilfully or negligently obstruct a public highway or farm crossing with engines, tenders or cars, shall be fined not more than $20.00 nor less than $5.00.
