2005 Vermont Code - § 3532. — Notice required before final decree

§ 3532. Notice required before final decree

A final decree shall not be made in such case until reasonable notice of the filing of the petition has been given to persons interested, when they are known and reside in the state. When the owners are unknown or reside without the state, such notice shall be given as the superior judge may order.
