2005 Vermont Code - § 1823. — Certificate of public good

§ 1823. Certificate of public good

An individual, association or corporation shall not operate a motor bus until the owner has obtained a certificate from the transportation board specifying the route over which the motor bus may operate, the number of passengers which the motor bus may carry at any one time, the service that the motor bus shall furnish, and that the operation of the motor bus over the proposed route will promote the general good of the state. The board may amend or revoke any certificate. (Added 1985, No. 224 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
