2005 Vermont Code - § 1813. — Exceptions

§ 1813. Exceptions

Companies under the jurisdiction of a federal commission shall not be required to keep any system of accounts and records which would conflict with any requirement of the federal commission or agency. (Added 1985, No. 224 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
