§ 2503. Market Vermont advisory board
(a) There is hereby created a market Vermont advisory board for the purpose of advising the secretary of the agency of agriculture, food and markets and the secretary of the agency of commerce and community development about the development, implementation and operation of the market Vermont program. The board shall meet at least quarterly and consult with the business community, including small businesses, and participants in the program.
(b) The board shall include five members as follows: the commissioners, or their designees, of the department, the department of forests, parks and recreation, the department of fish and wildlife, the director, or his or her designee, of the travel and recreation council, and the secretary of the agency, or a designee.
