2005 Vermont Code - § 1028. — Membership; employee rights
§ 1028. Membership; employee rights
An employee organization entering into an agreement shall not:
(1) Discriminate against a member or applicant for membership on account of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, religion or disability.
(2) Penalize a member for exercising a right guaranteed by the Constitution or laws of the United States or the state of Vermont. (Added 1997, No. 92 (Adj. Sess.), § 9.)
