2005 Vermont Code - § 117. — General election; local election

§ 117. General election; local election

"General election" shall mean any election of state and county officers, representatives to the general assembly, United States senators, representative to Congress or electors. "Local election" shall mean any election of town or village officers in towns or villages having more than four thousand inhabitants.
