Chapter 8 - Employees in Military Service
- Section 101 - Public officers and employees in military service -- Not to be prejudiced thereby -- Refusal to reinstate -- Procedure -- Motion -- Hearing and determination.
- Section 102 - Employees in military service -- Government employees in United States armed forces or National Guard -- Pay allowance for time spent on duty -- Deduction of vacation time prohibited.
