Accredited representatives of the following organizations are exempt from the provisions of this chapter:

Accredited representatives of the following organizations are exempt from the provisions of this chapter:
- (1)the department;
- (2)American Legion;
- (3)Veterans of Foreign Wars;
- (4)Disabled American Veterans;
- (5)Vietnam Veterans of America;
- (6)American Veterans (AMVET);
- (7)Military Order of the Purple Heart; and
- (8)other VA recognized service organizations or individuals as determined by the executive director.
