As used in this chapter:

As used in this chapter:
- (1)"Department" means the Department of Corrections.
- (2)"Fund" means the Rehabilitation and Reentry Services Special Revenue Fund created in Section 64-13h-102.
- (3)"Offender" means the same as that term is defined in Section 64-13-1.
