49-21-405. Disability benefit -- Exclusions.
A monthly disability benefit is not payable for a total disability proximately caused by:

49-21-405. Disability benefit -- Exclusions.
A monthly disability benefit is not payable for a total disability proximately caused by:
- (1)self-inflicted injury;
- (2)abuse or misuse of any substance, including alcohol;
- (3)illicit drug use;
- (4)an act of aggression committed by the eligible employee; or
- (5)the eligible employee's commission or attempted commission of a felony or other illegal act.
