34-34-16. Right to bargain collectively not denied.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to deny the right of employees to bargain collectively with their employer by and through labor unions, labor organizations or any other type of associations.
Enacted by Chapter 85, 1969 General Session
Superseding changes take effect on November 28, 2026, if 2025 General Session H.B. 267, Public Sector Labor Union Amendments, is approved by a majority of those voting on it at the general election on November 3, 2026.
