Part 11 - Violations and Enforcement
- Section 1101 - Fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation in obtaining a license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration -- Criminal penalty.
- Section 1102 - Issuance of license, permit, or tag prohibited for failure to pay child support.
- Section 1103 - Imitating or counterfeiting license unlawful -- Criminal penalty.
- Section 1104 - Violation of hunter education requirements -- Criminal penalty.
