As used in this chapter:

11-46b-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
- (1)"Livestock" means cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules, poultry, or domesticated elk as defined in Section 4-39-102.
- (2)"Political subdivision" means:
- (a)a municipality as defined in Section 10-1-104; or
- (b)a county, as it relates to the regulation of livestock in the unincorporated area of the county.
