As used in this chapter:

As used in this chapter:
- (1) "Public official" means the same as that term is defined in Section 36-11-102.
- (2) "Public official" includes a judge or justice of:
- (a) the Utah Supreme Court;
- (b) the Utah Court of Appeals; or
- (c) a district court.
