Effective 5/10/2016 73-4-16. Appeals.
- (1) There shall be a right of appeal from a final judgment of the district court to the Supreme Court as provided in Section 78A-3-102.
- (2) The appeal shall be upon the record made in the district court, and may as in equity cases be on questions of both law and fact.
