39-6-114. Chapter interpretation -- Federal law.
Cases from the Supreme Court of the United States and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces that interpret provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Manual for Courts-Martial United States shall be relied upon in interpretation of corresponding provisions of Title 39, Chapter 6, Utah Code of Military Justice.
