63N-4-101. Title -- Definitions.
  • (1) This chapter is known as the "Rural Development Act."
  • (2) This part is known as the "Office of Rural Development."
  • (3) As used in this part:
    • (a) "Office" or "GOED" means the Governor's Office of Economic Development.
    • (b) "Program" means the Rural Development Program.
