UT Code § 63C-13-105 (2012) What's This?

63C-13-105. Authority staff and expenses.

(1) The Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall:

(a) provide any necessary staff support for the authority until the authority hires its own staff; and

(b) cover authority expenses.

(2) The authority may hire employees, including contract employees and a chief administrative officer.
