26-31-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Blood" means human blood.
(2) "Blood product" includes:
(a) whole blood;
(b) blood plasma;
(c) a blood derivative;
(d) blood platelets; and
(e) blood clotting agents.
