Section 601 - Definitions.

19-6-601. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Board" means the Solid and Hazardous Waste Control Board appointed under Title 19, Chapter 6, Hazardous Substances.
(2) "Director" means the director of the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste.
