Section 301 Rules for specifications.

63G-6-301. Rules for specifications.
(1) Administrative rules shall be issued to govern the preparation, maintenance, and content of specifications for supplies, services, construction, and technology required by the state.
(2) The administrative rules described in Subsection (1) shall determine the extent to which a nonemployee who has prepared specifications for use by the state may participate in any state procurement using such specifications.
