Chapter 1 General Taxation Policies
Section 903 Duties.
59-1-903. Duties.The review commission shall make recommendations to the governor and the Legislature on specific tax issues, as requested by:
(1) the governor;
(2) the Legislature in a joint resolution of the Legislature; or
(3) the Legislative Management Committee.
