Section 401 (Effective 07/01/12) Becoming general partner.
48-2d-401 (Effective 07/01/12). Becoming general partner.
A person becomes a general partner:
(1) as provided in the partnership agreement;
(2) under Subsection 48-2d-801(3)(b) following the dissociation of a limited partnership's last general partner;
(3) as the result of a conversion or merger under Part 11, Merger, Conversion, and Domestication; or
(4) with the consent of all the partners.
A person becomes a general partner:
