Section 301 (Effective 07/01/12) Becoming limited partner.
48-2d-301 (Effective 07/01/12). Becoming limited partner.
A person becomes a limited partner:
(1) as provided in the partnership agreement;
(2) as the result of a conversion or merger under Part 11, Merger, Conversion, and Domestication; or
(3) with the consent of all the partners.
A person becomes a limited partner:
