Section 818 Requirements applicable to public transit district contracts.
17B-2a-818. Requirements applicable to public transit district contracts.(1) A public transit district shall comply with the applicable provisions of Title 63G, Chapter 6, Utah Procurement Code.
(2) If construction of a district facility or work exceeds $750,000, the construction shall be let as provided in:
(a) Title 63G, Chapter 6, Utah Procurement Code; and
(b) Section 17B-2a-818.5.
