Title 15A State Construction and Fire Codes Act
Chapter 1 General Chapter
Section 402 Definitions.

15A-1-402. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Division"means the State Fire Marshal Division created in Section 53-7-103.
(2) "Legislative action" includes legislation that:
(a) adopts a State Fire Code;
(b) amends a State Fire Code; or
(c) repeals one or more provisions of a State Fire Code.
