78-33-5. Court's general powers.The enumeration in Sections 78-33-2, 78-33-3 and 78-33-4 does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in Section 78-33-1 in any proceeding where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment or decree will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
