2006 Utah Code - 78-11-5 — Seduction of child -- Suit by parent or guardian.
78-11-5. Seduction of child -- Suit by parent or guardian.A parent or guardian may prosecute as plaintiff an action for the seduction of a child who, at the time of seduction, is under the age of majority, though the child or the ward is not living with or in the service of the plaintiff at the time of the seduction or afterwards and there is no loss of service.
