     77-23-206.   Receipt for property taken.
     When the officer seizes property pursuant to a search warrant, he shall give a receipt to the person from whom it was seized or in whose possession it was found. If no person is present, the officer shall leave the receipt in the place where he found the property. Failure to give or leave a receipt shall not render the evidence seized inadmissible at trial.
