2006 Utah Code - 76-10-910 — Falsification of seller\'s statement to junk dealer.

     76-10-910.   Falsification of seller's statement to junk dealer.
     Any seller who, in making his statement as contemplated by this part in selling, offering, or trying to sell junk willfully makes a false statement or gives untrue information, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
