2006 Utah Code - 76-8-714 — Injury or destruction of property of school or person.

     76-8-714.   Injury or destruction of property of school or person.
     Every person who maliciously injures or destroys any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of a school or institution of higher education or maliciously injures or destroys any person's property which is lawfully present upon the campus or other facility is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
