2006 Utah Code - 76-8-706 — Injury or destruction of property.

     76-8-706.   Injury or destruction of property.
     Every person who maliciously injures or destroys any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of an institution of higher education or maliciously injures or destroys any personal property not his own which is lawfully present upon the campus or other facility of such institution shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
