2006 Utah Code - 76-5-102.8 — Disarming a peace officer.
76-5-102.8. Disarming a peace officer.A person is guilty of a first degree felony who intentionally takes or removes, or attempts to take or remove, a firearm from the person or immediate presence of a person he knows is a peace officer:
(1) without the consent of the peace officer; and
(2) while the peace officer is acting within the scope of his authority as a peace officer.
