75-2-1116. Compliance with directive is not suicide.Neither the withholding nor the withdrawal of life-sustaining procedures in the administration of medical treatment, nor the implementation of medical treatment choices expressed in directives executed under this part constitutes suicide nor the crime of assisting suicide.
