     75-2-1114.   Physician liability for compliance with directive.
     Physicians, other providers of medical services, and their agents, who in good faith participate in the withholding or withdrawing of life-sustaining procedures or administer medical care or treatment in conformity with a directive, and persons who sign directives under this part or exercise rights on behalf of a declarant in signing a directive under this part, are not subject to any criminal or civil proceeding or penalty and are not deemed to have committed an act of unprofessional conduct.
