2006 Utah Code - 72-10-120 — Violations -- Penalty.

     72-10-120.   Violations -- Penalty.
     A person who fails to comply with the requirements or violating any of the provisions of this part, or the rules or orders adopted by the department is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
