     72-10-111.   Registration of antique or experimental aircraft.
     (1) In lieu of the annual registration fees under Section 72-10-110, the registration fee for antique aircraft and experimental aircraft is a single fee of $50.
     (2) Registration under this section shall comply with the registration requirements of Section 72-10-110, but need not be renewed while an aircraft is operated as an antique aircraft or experimental aircraft under this chapter.
     (3) An aircraft to be registered as an antique aircraft or experimental aircraft shall meet applicable airworthiness standards established by state and federal aviation regulatory agencies.
