2006 Utah Code - 70D-1-18 — Civil liability.

     70D-1-18.   Civil liability.
     Nothing in this chapter is intended to limit any civil liability which may exist against a mortgage lender, broker, or servicer for breach of contract or other wrongs committed against a mortgagor.
