2006 Utah Code - 63-11-64 — Heritage trees -- Enforcement -- Prosecution of violations.

     63-11-64.   Heritage trees -- Enforcement -- Prosecution of violations.
     County sheriffs, police, and other law enforcement officers within their respective jurisdictions are responsible for the enforcement of this act. The county attorney or district attorney shall prosecute any violation of this act.
