63-11-35. Pioneer Monument State Park -- Date of conveyance.The conveyance of lands described in this act shall be completed no later than July 1, 1969. Provided however, if transfer of title has not been approved by the United States Government in accordance with applicable federal regulations on or before July 1, 1969, the date of conveyance may be extended until such approval is received.
