2006 Utah Code - 63-11-3 — "This is the Place Monument," Camp Floyd, old statehouse -- Supervision and control.

     63-11-3.   "This is the Place Monument," Camp Floyd, old statehouse -- Supervision and control.
     The Division of Parks and Recreation shall have the power and it shall be its duty to take administrative and supervisory control over the following historical monuments: namely, "This is the Place Monument" Site, Camp Floyd and old statehouse at Fillmore. The division may make expenditures for such maintenance and administration from funds made available by appropriation or from other funds which are available to the division.
