     62A-3-311.   Requests for information.
     Requests for information contained in an adult protection case file shall be made in writing to Adult Protective Services. Requests should indicate the specific information requested and the reason for the request. Notwithstanding the provisions of Title 63, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act, nothing may be released in response to a request except as provided in Section 62A-3-312.
