2006 Utah Code - 61-2c-201.1 — Conversion of registrations.
61-2c-201.1. Conversion of registrations.On January 1, 2004, any unexpired registration authorizing an individual or entity to engage in the business of residential mortgage loans automatically converts from a registration to a license, retaining the expiration date of the registration as the expiration date of the converted license.
